Becky is one
of my very favorite food bloggers. I love this book! I rely on cooking and freezing big batches of various recipes to
pull out and use throughout the month. I am not new to using my freezer, but I learned a ton from this book. There were
so many recipes that I found myself saying, "Oh! I never thought of freezing that before!" The vegetable
bouillon is brilliant, by the way. Also, there are tips for freezing all sort of fruits and veggies, which is very
helpful. And how to properly freeze things like pie, pizza, and casseroles.

The recipes themselves, even if
you aren't relying on your freezer, are fantastic. I love the idea of making a double or triple batch of the
recipes and stocking the freezer. Why not? You're already getting the pots and pans dirty. I love pulling out a
delicious meal from the freezer instead of hitting the corner pizza place. Let me put it this way - I wish I'd had
this book when I was a first time mom and trying to figure out how to juggle everything. It would have saved my sanity!
